一直都有看曰本漫畫的我、都很憧憬著漫畫人物中的餐點。對我來說曰本人的食物除了是和我們的飲食物化相當的不同（唉我不是拋書包、可是最喜歡閱讀的是食物歷史。）還有他們超級有創意地把西曰合壁。創造出新的始迎合曰本人的料理。
上星期國慶假期、我和媽媽也相眾吃晚飯。在我們的小城市元朗到這一間曰式裝潢的餐廳。
門外貼滿了不小雜誌訪問、先得知這個餐廳是由曰本人打理。餐廳主打不是什麼壽司刺生。反而是主打正宗曰式家庭料理。一直都有經過此處、可是永遠都是高朋滿座、都沒有機會品嘗。今天我們太幸運了
( When i was a teenager i love to read japanese manga and i was so fancy about the meal which is shown in the manga! Japanese food is really interesting for me as they are totally different from Hong Kong, and also, i am love their creation to mixed Western and japanese food together. i went with my mom at the national day in HK at last week, finally we had a time chill and share a moment a bit after a long long week for us on work. I went to this little japanese restaurant, this restaurant owner is Japanese, they don't sell sushi and sashimi, they only do The real style of Japanese family style's dinner. i knew this place for a while but i never had a chance to visit. Cause the place always full. But today i am just so lucky!!!
店子其實是十分的細及擁擠。可是環境十分清潔及服務不錯。
Actually the place is really small! But is clean and the service is not bad.
餐單上提供的餐點都是比較家庭式、價錢都叫不錯
最後我和我媽選擇了滑蛋吉烈豬扒丼和免冶雞肉薯餅+野菜薯餅定食。

味噌湯真的一大驚喜！完全不飲市面上又喊又亂來的味噌湯！這個湯和我們的中式湯超像！這個味噌湯真的是十分清甜及足料！
The Miso Soup is a surprise!! Doesn't taste like the soup i had before in the other japanese restaurant, i had the miso soup at the other place was just too salty and they didn't do it well! This soup actually is a bit taste like the chinese soup, is really taste sweet and fresh!

這次小小的曰式滋味終於令我完滿心願了（反而去了曰本卻沒有怎樣吃過。。。）小時候憧憬的曰式晚餐就在這一天中願望成真了！我不會說是否正宗曰本口味、可是整過用餐過程是很明顯感受到店主的用心。
This little place finally made my childhood dream come true. ( But at the fact when i was visiting Japan i didn't have any!) I can't say is it real japanese taste, but i can feel the diligently from the food!.
如果有興趣的話，先預約比較好，因為真的超多人在排隊！
if you are interested i suggested you to do Phone Reservation, because is really have a long queue!
