Hanjuku Kobo(半熟工房) - 半熟蛋糕 Half-Baked cake


10年都不去尖沙咀,最近因為好友回港而且居住在位於尖沙咀的酒店,也因此我在尖沙咀附近逗留的次數增加了。

I don't hang around Tsim Sha Tsui much, but one of my best friend she is visiting Hong Kong from Italy, and her hotel which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, so i was there pretty much then i used to.
雖然身為一個foodie, 但老實說,我知道我的美食情報永遠不是最新,我自己真的其實比較喜歡慢慢來,也比較喜歡熱潮過去才去光顧的。美食好吃與否,其實只靠人潮是毫無說服性的,人的舌頭真的很不可靠,大部份人都只會盲目追求潮流而去光顧,就算人氣食店質素一般,但因為傳媒的煽動而大讚好吃好吃,加上,為了這小小的潮流而去排隊,對我來說這也是很無聊的事。雖然俗語有話,等待的結果是甜美的,但come on james! (求come on James出處請接此) 為了一時熱潮而排過2小時,而且質素及好吃與否也是在50/50的機率下,這樣的風險,金錢的損失及時間的損失,實在不符合邏輯及經濟效益呢。最近一次排完Lady M, 之後我也暗暗發誓不會再排新食店了!

I am a foodie as you know my blog food articles appearing my blog the most, but to be honest, I know i don't have the first hand of the "Food News" But actually i just like to take it slow, and i like to go to those popular places when is after the trend. About the Food quality & taste, Is always really depends on the Crowds, it just like the more Crowd the more is the best. Our Tough is Unreliable and not trustable, we always going to the restaurant or the places which is because "trendy". Even the taste and quality is not that good, but it because is trendy and from the media, Most of the people would just lie to themselves to think this is taste good. To queue this "trendy" Restaurant/ cafe/ dessert place for me is really silly for me. I know is always good for being Patient to wait for something good, but come on James! (Come On, James is a viral internet meme, internet slang and copypasta in Hong Kong, a quotation born from a fictional satire, want to know more please chick here) Queuing this New trendy places for two hours and you even don't know is it good quality at all, is like 50/50 chances, Is totally not logical to have a risk on it, and please include my money lost and time lost too! Last time i was queuing for Lady M, but after that, i swear to myself, i am not going to queue any new trendy Restaurant/ cafe/ dessert places.

這天晚上和朋友在尖沙咀附近吃完晚飯,大家說再見後,就在附近看到半熟工房的招牌,一直常常聽到有人在說半熟半熟,到底半熟又是什麼?到底又有多好吃?傳說中的芝士撻又是什麼?有需要要排隊嗎?不過遺憾的是,當天晚上芝士撻已經售完,可能天注定不讓我排隊了,因為我都發誓了。看到半熟蛋糕還剩餘小許貨量,也就先買來試試。

That day i was having a dinner in Tsim Sha Tsui with my friend,  I saw Hanjuku Kobo Signboard next to me after we said goodbye. I always heard about from the media or my friends they were talking about Half-Baked cake all the time, well what is Half-Baked cake? Is it that good? What about the Legend cheese tart? Is that really worth for Queuing? Unfortunately,the cheese tart it was sold out, i think it must be the god to make my swear come true, no more queuing right? Haha.But i saw there is still have some Half-Baked cakes left, so why not to have a try.

不要小看他小小的一盒,這五小塊半熟蛋糕盛為大家75港元了,價格略貴,但個人吃後覺得其質數相比也還算值得。半熟工房的半熟蛋糕據說是以北海道的特濃Cream cheese,配上日本出產的細滑麵粉,加上法國的鮮香牛油,再以獨特的製作方法做出半熟的口感。

These little 5 pics is already costed me 75HKD, is a bit expensive, but after i tasted one, personally i think is kind of worth it as the taste is not bad at all, Hanjuku Kobo's Half-Baked cake Reportedly made with the Cream Cheese from Hokkaido, Flours are made in Japan and The butter from france. With their special Baked Method.

我本人不是特別喜歡芝士蛋糕,吃下的感覺雖然和普通的芝士蛋糕差不多,但蛋糕裡面因為是半熟的原因,所以口感上比較濕潤,第一次吃的時候會覺得十分奇怪,因為感覺上真的「唔熟」呀!不過整體而言,蛋糕是十分鬆軟細滑。芝士味濃郁卻而不膩,而且不是太甜,勉強都算是清新的小點心。冷凍之後的口感更佳。

I am Okay with cheese cake, this Half-Baked cake's taste actually i think is just like a normal cheese cake, but as is Half-Baked, the texture is a bit Moist. I felt so well when the first bit, because is feels like uncooked. But overall, the cakes are soft and smooth, Taste is rich but not greasy, Not too sweet, i could be a fresh dessert, and It taste better after freezing.

不過最驚人的是,對甜品十分「奄尖」的媽咪也對這些半熟蛋糕有讚無彈。
看來討我媽媽歡心的小禮物又多一樣選擇了。

What surprised me is My mom! My mom she likes Hanjuku Kobo Half-Baked cake so much and she is pretty picky with the dessert all the time. And i have one more choice to please my mom now.
